Toggle Full Screen Problem

I'm using Win 7 x64 ,
have problems while playing video with FFplay in full screen and it wont work with the latest build x86 and x64 "ffplay version N-50610-g586ae70 Copyright (c) 2003-2013" .

but i have tried and old version of FFplay x64 "ffplay version N-35057-g2c44aed, Copyright (c) 2003-2011" and it works well . so I'm keeping the old version ,

but can this be fix in future release ?

Can you elaborate what exactly you mean by, " it wont work"? Did you compile this yourself? Can you find the last version that does work as expected?

ffplay -i "Path + Filename"


if Video has High Resolution,
when F is pressed in command line this error is pop up and exits.

SDL: could not set video mode - exitingvq= 52KB sq= 0B f=0/0

if Video Has Low Resolution,
when F is pressed full screen appears but , with Black Borders from 4 sides.



But With 2011 , OLD Version ( ffplay version N-35057-g2c44aed, Copyright (c) 2003-2011 ) works perfectly without these problems ,

Video has High Resolution


Video has Low Resolution


but I'm sorry I cant check on all ffplay versions but ,
I have downloaded and tested some version and found that
Last good version of toggle full screen works in build [03-Apr-2012] "ffplay version N-39494-g41a097a Copyright (c) 2003-2012 "
and will be completely not working after [05-Nov-2012] "ffplay version N-46469-gc995644 Copyright (c) 2003-2012 " .

This may be a regression, and therefore could be an important bug. It would be worth searching the FFmpeg bug tracker to see if it has already been reported, and if not consider reporting it. I will try to duplicate the issue, but I probably will not boot into Windows for a few days at least.
