how to reduce latency when ffplaying UDP/TCP video stream?

Postby ldahual » Thu Sep 08, 2016 2:17 am

I ran
Code: Select all
ffplay.exe -framerate 60 udp://
to play a realtime raw h264 video stream, presentation had a 5s+ latency.
Then I added the
Code: Select all
Code: Select all
option, run
Code: Select all
ffplay.exe -framerate 60 -analyzeduration 200 -probesize 100 udp://
, the latency reduced to 1s-5s randomly.
Playing a TCP stream I got a similar situation.
So how to reduce latency when play UDP/TCP stream? :?:
