Playlist Support

I would like to set a playlist (or even a directory) of videos to transcode and stream using ffmpeg, is this possible?

not right now, but it is very easy to implement it using shell script (batch script)
read more on for/while loops in batch scripts (BAT files for windows or shell scripts for linux)
the most likely solution will be something like this:

Linux (script.sh):

Code: Select all

for f in *.avi
do
   ffmpeg -i $f ... (options) ... $f.out.avi
done


Windows (script.bat):

Code: Select all

for %%f in (*.avi) do ffmpeg -i %%f ... (options) ... %%f.out.avi
