ffmpeg -codecs gives only libvpx for VP8 encoding, so my first guess is there is no support (currently) for VP6
But, did you try searching on the mailing list? For example here: http://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-user ... 04673.html

yes you can like this for example on linux:

mencoder <movie> -ovc vfw -xvfwopts codec=vp6vfw.dll:compdata=yourmfcfile.mcf -oac mp3lame -lameopts cbr:br=48 -af lavcresample=22050 -vf yadif,scale=640:480,flip -of lavf -o <output_movie>

You need the vp6vfw.dll

Thanks
