Video not covering full screen

Postby Deepti » Wed Aug 30, 2017 11:56 am

Hi There,

I have videos of 16:9 ratio. When I am showing it on 16:10 or 4:3 ratio devices then it is not covering full screen, leaving some grey/ black borders. Screenshots attached herewith for the reference.

How can I scale the video so that there is no grey/ black borders in other ratio devices. I am fine with the cropping of the frames but it should be full screen.

Can anybody please help me to resolve this problem. Thanks in advance!
